Comet 73P / Schwassmann-Wachmann

I took these photos early in the morning on the last night of the South Jersey Astronomy Club's Spring Star Party (4/29/06). The first photo shows the two brightest comet fragments (B & C) in a wide field image, and the two successive images zoom in on fragment C. Note the first two images are animated gifs to allow one to see all the objects not immediately evident. The final image is a mosaic panoramic showing fragment C near M13.
